PAHULMEET SINGH
Chief Executive Officer
Pahulmeet completed his education in Punjab up until tenth grade and then shifted to the United States. After completing his high school, he gained admission to UC Berkeley. Having completed his degree in Political Economy with an emphasis on Poverty in India, he is working in Punjab full-time as an educator. He strives to improve the education system so that all of the students in Punjab can have better opportunities than him.
RAJBIR KAUR HUNDAL
Managing Director
Rajbir has graduated from UC Berkeley where she majored in Molecular Environmental Biology and minored in Global Poverty and Practice. Although born and raised in California, Rajbir has felt deeply connected to her roots in Punjab. Her parents have always kept her informed about the conditions in Punjab and have shared about the social disparities present. Rajbir hopes to help uplift the community of Punjab and bridge the inequalities faced in education by students of rural villages.
PAWANJOT KAUR
Secretary
Pawan has very fond memories of her childhood in Punjab. Having grown up there, she experienced the education system firsthand where teachers encouraged rote memorization and students experienced very high levels of academic stress. She wishes to change that. She aims to motivate students and develop direct and consistent connections with the people of Punjab.
